Tentokrát šlo o to vytvořit pro bydlení ve městě co nejlepší možné místo. Takový byt – útočiště – když chcete být chvilku sami nebo máte bohatý večerní program v centru a chcete ve městě zůstat přes noc. Barrandov je proto trochu jiný příklad pohodového bydlení, v bytovém domě Barrandovské zahrady. Je to městské bydlení s krásným výhledem na řeku, s velkou designovou zahradou ve svahu na Barrandovské skále, byt s velkými okny otevřený přes den slunci a v noci vybízející k posezení na terase s výhledem na řeku světel a panorama noční metropole. Byt je příjemně velký, se třemi ložnicemi, dvěma koupelnami a velkým proskleným obývacím pokojem s terasou. Protože všichni rádi a hodně cestujeme, touláme se po světě, cítili jsme velkou potřebu zachytit útržky vzpomínek z cest, záblesky atmosfér, krajin a kultur, kde jsme byli a které nás baví, zkrátka naladit bydlení ještě více cestovatelsky. Ostatně to je i naše životní inspirace.
Byt v Barrandovských zahradách je proto taková mozaika z cest – trochu etno, trochu Japonsko i wabi sabi, a také trochu laid back z Nového Zélandu. Do jediné originální atmosféry pohodového bydlení se tak krásně podařilo propojit vzdálené a zdánlivě nesourodé světy. Jako celek jde nicméně pořád o bydlení v moderním městském bytě, což v našem podání znamená nadčasový design a příběh plný emocí.

This time the client wanted us to create the best possible place for living in the city. A refuge for when you want to be alone or have a rich evening program in the center and want to stay in the city overnight. Barrandov is a slightly different example of comfortable living. The Barrandov Garden apartment building is an example of urban living with a beautiful view of the river and with a large design garden on the slope of the Barrandov Rock. During the day, the apartment is light and sunny and during the night the large windows invite you to sit on the terrace with a view of the river of lights and the night city skyline.
The apartment is very large, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a window wall and a terrace. Because we all love travels and travel a lot, we felt a great need to capture fragments of the memories from the travels, glimpses of atmospheres, landscapes and cultures we visited and we enjoyed, simply to tune the housing even more travel-like. Travelling is indeed our life inspiration.
The apartment in the gardens of Barrandov is therefore such a mosaic of travels - a little ethno, a little Japan and wabi sabi, and a little laid back from New Zealand. The distant and disparate worlds form a subtle combination which creates the original atmosphere of comfortable living. As a whole, however, what we pursued is living in a modern city apartment, which to us is represented by timeless design and a story full of emotions.
