Řadové rodinné domy jsou zasazeny do stávající zástavby podél ulice Libocká – na východní straně k navrženému objektu přiléhá trojice domů původní řadové zástavby, která pevně drží uliční čáru. Na západní straně pozemek sousedí s cestou na bývalý hřbitov při Oboře Hvězda, který k parcele přiléhá na jihu. Za touto cestou se nachází expresivněji pojatá rodinná vila, která je od uliční čáry výrazně ustoupena a vygradována k nárožní hmotě.
Soubor tří rodinných domů byl navržen jako jednoduchý objekt hmotově reflektující kontext, s tvarem i použitými materiály odvolávajícími se na tradiční architekturu, avšak použitými tak, aby došlo ke sjednocení stavby do prosté homogenní hmoty. Parter rytmizují 2 bloky vstupních schodišť, jeho zbytek je pak ustoupen výrazně pod hlavní hmotu stavby. Opticky tedy stavba umožňuje rozšíření velmi stísněného uličního profilu, zároveň je ale pevně držena historická uliční čára, výška říms i hřebene. Veřejný parter je od soukromé zahrady oddělen výškově. Do rušné ulice na severní straně jsou v domě orientovány převážně servisní provozy, z čehož (spolu s energetickým konceptem) logicky plyne nižší fenestrace této fasády.
Objekt je koncipován jako energeticky pasivní, vybavený tepelnými čerpadly vzduch-vzduch a nuceným větráním s rekuperací tepla.

The three terraced family houses are set in the existing context along Libocká street – to the east of the proposed building, there is a trio of houses of the original terraced housing tissue that strictly respects the street. To the west, the plot is adjacent to the road leading to former cemetery at Hvězda preserve, which is neighbouring with the plot on the south side. Behind this road, a more expressive villa is located, considerably retreated from the street line and with dominant corner.
The set of the three family houses was designed as a simple object reflecting this context, with the volume and materials referring to traditional architecture, but interpreted so as to consolidate the building into a simple and modest homogeneous mass. The parterre is structure byt two blocks containing entrance staircases, the rest of the ground floor is set back significantly below the main mass of the building. In this way the volume allows the extension of a very constrained street profile, but at the same time the historical street line, as well as the height of the roof cornices and ridges are firmly held. The public parterre is separated from the private garden by height difference. Mainly service areas of the house are located towards the very busy and noisy street on the north side of the house, which (along with the energy concept) logically implies lower fenestration of this facade.
The building is designed in passive house standard and is equipped with air-to-air heat pumps and forced ventilation with heat recovery.
