Jen malá část zahrady je vhodná pro stavbu. Je tu relativně rovný terén a pozemek dostupný pěšky i autem. Navíc se zde protínají dva pro pozemek určující směry.
Severo – jižní směřující skrz brány ovocných stromů do hloubi divočiny je kolmo perforován otevřenou cestou k horizontu nad protějším břehem Labe.
Dům je strukturován charakterem místa, stejně jako mohutnými zásobami stavebníkem nashromážděných stavebních materiálů a dílců.

Archetyp nízké pultové střechy s vlnitou krytinou, spolu s množstvím na malé ploše užitých motivů, odkazuje k fenoménu zahradních domů a chat s jejich dočasností, proměnlivostí, často mimochodnou krásou a svárem nahodilosti s řádem.

Stavebník je historik, entuziasta a sběratel, proto předpokládáme další bohaté vrstvení v čase.

Proposal
Only a small part of the garden is suitable for construction. The area is relatively straight and accessible. Two determinant directions intersect here. The north-south axis is pointing through the fruit tree alley into the depths of the wilderness , east-west direction is an open gate to the horizon above bank of the Elbe river.
New house reflects structure and character of the landscape. There was also a massive influence in terms of material – owner has provided lots of building material and components himself.
Low, corrugated roofing, along with variety of many motifs applied on a small area, point out to the phenomenon of typical garden houses with their temporality, variability, uniqueness, buildings where randomness fights with order.
Owner is a historian, enthusiast and collector, so we expect another intense and interesting layering over time to come.
