Tvarování hlavní hmoty domu ovlivnil především územní plán obce, který stanovil sedlovou střechu – tento handicap jsme ale přetavili v bonus. Chtěli jsme, aby dům byl moderní na první pohled, otevřený do zahrady a zcela anonymní v pohledech z ulice. Proto vznikla hlavní hmota domu s asymetrickou střechou.

To, že je na domě použitý jako obklad černý plech, byla vlastně cesta hledání optimalizace. Michal přišel s touto inspirací z Nového Zélandu, kde se právě plechové domy (i když ne v černé barvě) často staví a klientům se tento koncept líbil.

Obývací pokoj je přisazený k hlavní hmotě a tvoří tak půdorysnou kompozici ve tvaru písmene T. Je protiváhou právě černé hmoty. Kombinace masivního, černého bloku s lehkou, nehmotnou a prosklenou částí dává domu dynamiku a autentický výraz.

Intimita obývacího pokoje vznikla díky zahradě, kdy exteriér zahrady doslova vrůstá do obývacího pokoje a zároveň dává majitelům dostatečné soukromí. Aby tato privátní část byla maximálně odstíněna od okolí, je část obývacího pokoje od uliční strany odstíněna posuvnými kovovými paravány.

Interiér je opakem vnějšku, tedy je zde využita kombinace bílých barev, stěrek a obkladů stěn s laminátovými deskami v dřevodekoru. V koupelnách jsou chromové doplňky. Kombinace měkkých tónů od bílé, přes dřevité tóny až po tištěnou velkoplošnou grafiku na skle dávají interiéru kompaktní a přívětivý výraz.

The shape of the main house was influenced mainly by the municipal plan of the village, which insisted on the use of the saddle roof. We turned this handicap into an advantage. We wanted the house to be modern at first glance, open to the garden and completely anonymous in the street views. That's how the main shape with an asymmetric roof was created

The fact that black metal is used as on the facade of the house was actually the search engine for optimization. Michal came up with this inspiration from New Zealand, where metal houses (although not in black) are quite common and the clients liked this concept.

The living room is attached to the main building and thus forms a T-shaped ground plan. The combination of a massive, black block with a light, intangible and glazed section gives the house a dynamic and authentic expression.

The garden contributes to creating the intimacy of the living room. The garden exterior literally grows into the living room and at the same time gives the owners sufficient privacy. In order to shield this private part from the surroundings, the street side of the living room is equipped with sliding metal screens.

The interior is the opposite of the exterior, so there is a combination of white wall painitng, concrete finish and walls made of laminate boards in a wood pattern. There are chrome accessories in the bathrooms. The combination of soft tones from white, through woods to printed large-scale graphics on the glass gives the interior a compact and welcoming look.
