Podporujeme dynamiku domu, jeho specifický tvar. Přiznáváme, že patro domu bylo nutné vyzdít znovu a navrhujeme v něm proto do 3 stran nové asymetricky umístěné okenní otvory s jednoznačně současným typem oken v líci fasády. Výkladce v přízemí jsou naopak reminiscencí původních hlubokých výloh. Mezi samotný objekt a opěrnou zeď vkládáme sociální zázemí a vnitřní prostory domu tak mohou zůstat celistvé. Do hlavního objemu je vložen fošnový strop a úzké schody. Přízemí s barovým pultem funguje jako kavárna. Horní prostor je variabilnější, schody lemuje lavice s úložnými boxy, naproti jsou součástí plnostěnného zábradlí výklopné stoly. Probíhají zde výtvarné dílny, meetingy, ale např. i hodiny jógy...

We support the dynamics and specific shape of the house. The top floor had to be rebuilt, therefore we design three new asymmetrically placed window openings, with clearly present type windows in the facade face. The shop windows on the ground floor, however, are reminiscent of the original deep ones. To keep the interior undivided, we place the sanitary facilities between the building and the retaining wall. A plank ceiling and narrow stairs are inserted into the main space. On the ground floor with a bar there is a café. The upper floor is more variable, the stairs are lined with benches containing storage boxes and with tilting tables fitted in the full-walled banisters opposite. Art workshops, meetings, but also yoga classes etc. are held here.
