Principem návrhu bylo zejména posílení a obnovení původních kvalit budovy – proto byly odstraněny všechny nepůvodní dostavby a konstrukce. Namísto nich bylo obnoveno původní panoramatické okno do kavárny, nově umožňující přístup na terasu nad vstupní arkádou s nově instalovaným zábradlím, instalován nový výtah a kompletně přebudována dispozice zázemí návštěvníků v přízemí a kavárny v patře. Veškeré vnitřní i vnější povrchy byly obnoveny a byly vyměněny veškeré výplně otvorů za repliky původních. Na část stropů byly namontovány podhledové desky pro zlepšení doby dozvuku, ze stejného důvodu byla celá zadní stěna sálu obložena akustickou sendvičovou předstěnou s dřevěnými latěmi. Vnitřní instalace byly kompletně vyměněny.

The principle of the proposal was, in particular, to reinforce and restore the original quality of the building - so all non-original build-ups and structures were removed. Instead, the original panoramic window to the café was restored, allowing access to the terrace above the entrance arcade with newly installed railing, a new lift and a completely redesigned layout of the ground floor and cafeteria on the floor. All internal and external surfaces were restored and all the fillings of the holes were replaced with the replicas of the original ones. Ceiling panels were mounted on the ceilings to improve the reverberation time, for the same reason the entire back wall of the hall was lined with an acoustic sandwich panel with wooden laths. Internal installations have been completely replaced.
