Při horní komunikaci je navržena jednoduchá obdélníková hmota se sedlovou střechou, s parkovacími stáními zasazenými do přízemí domu. Na fasádě, která při pohledu z čela vytváří jasné písmeno T, se odehrává se odehrává hra čtvercových okenních otvorů.
Při pohledu z vnitrobloku dům odryje svoji překvapivou velikost, objeví se čtyřpodlažní, poměrně členitá hmota s balkony, terasami, lodžiemi a předzahrádkami.
Při spodní komunikaci je navržen řadový dům se třemi bytovými jednotkami. Hmota rovněž respektuje okolní zástavbu a výškou římsy navazuje na sousední budovu. Každý dům má svou vlastní garáž, prostornou zahradu, anglický dvorek a malý balkon.
Materiálově jsou domy řešeny velmi jednoduše, základ tvoří bílá omítka a antracitově šedé prvky oplechování střechy, okenních otvorů či garážových vrat. Jako zjemňující prvek bylo použito dřevo, které se objevuje na dělicích příčkách, terasách, schodištích. Celým blokem probíhá koridor, dřevěný „tunel“, propojující obě ulice.
Soubor nabízí širokou škálu bytových jednotek – dvoupokojové s lodžiemi, třípokojové s předzahrádkou, dvoupodlažní mezonety se střešní terasou a třípodlažní jednotky s velkorysou zahradou.
The residential complex in Prague - Reporyje fills a block between Smichovska-Vserubska streets.
Two buildings designed on a very sloping site, that creates a green courtyard in between.
On the upper street, there is designed a simple rectangular mass with a gabled roof, with parking spaces set on the ground floor of the house. On the T-shaped facade takes place a game of square window openings.
When viewed from the courtyard, the house reveals its surprising size. A four-storey, quite rugged mass appears with balconies, terraces, loggias and front gardens.
On the lower street, there is designed a terraced house with three residential units. The mass also respects the surrounding buildings and the height of the cornice is connected to the neighboring building. Each house has its own garage, spacious garden, English backyard and small balcony.
The houses are designed simply, the basis is white plaster and anthracite gray elements of roof sheeting, window openings or garage doors. As a softening element was used wood, which appears on the partition walls, terraces, staircases. A corridor runs through the whole block, a wooden “tunnel” connecting both streets.
The set offers a wide range of housing units - two-roomed with loggias, three-roomed with front garden, two-storey duplexes with a roof terrace and three-storey units with a generous garden
