O projektu

Území pro stavbu rodinného domu tvoří rovinný pozemek s vzrostlým převážně borovým lesem. oblast určená pro rekreaci a bydlení, obsahuje kombinovanou zástavbu různého stáří, stylu i parametrů. orientace návštěvníka oblastí v rastru dělení jednotlivých pozemků není zcela jednoduchá a není problém zde zabloudit. Pocit ztížené orientace nám přišel docela zábavný a rozhodli jsme se ho tam zanechat. Návrh domu se vydal směrem vyvolávající u kolemjdoucích otázku stál tam dům už dříve? nebo jde o novostavbu? Nečitelnost obsahu hmoty domu z exteriéru se stala součástí koncepce návrhu. Výsledná jednopodlažní dřevostavba nízkoenergetického standardu obsahuje dvě na sobě nezávislé obytné jednotky využívající společné polouzavřené atrium. Jejich uživatelé mohou dle libosti dům opustit a zase se do něho vrátit na zcela jiném místě. dům tvoří kombinace těžkého a lehkého zatepleného i nezatepleného pravoúhlého konstrukčního systému s velikostí prostorového modulu 3300 x 3300 x 2900mm. Konstrukční rastr domu uzavírá v exteriéru kruhový horizontální ocelový prstenec. Jeho přenesením na zem a následné vyplnění kameny s vegetací jsme docílili optické iluze kruhového domu. V interiéru však žádný oblouk, ani křivka v konstrukci není. pravoúhlý, v interiéru smrkový, v exteriéru modřínový, pohledově přiznaný skelet jsme ponechali bez jakékoliv povrchové úpravy. Ve své surové podobě zůstaly také modřínové profily na fasádě i prkna v atriu a terasách. Dům tak bude vlivem povětrnostních vlivů měnit své barevné spektrum a stane se přirozenou součástí lesa v jeho okolí. Foto Filip Šlapal.

We found the sense of disorientation quite amusing and decided to leave it there. The design of the house went in a direction that made passers-by wonder if the house had been there before? or is it a new build? The illegibility of the contents of the house's mass from the exterior became part of the design concept. The resulting single-storey low-energy standard wooden building contains two independent residential units using a common semi-enclosed atrium. Their users can leave the house at will and return to it in a completely different place. the house consists of a combination of heavy and light insulated and non-insulated rectangular structural system with a spatial module size of 3300 x 3300 x 2900mm. The structural grid of the house is closed by a circular horizontal steel ring on the exterior. By transferring it to the ground and then filling the stones with vegetation, we achieved the optical illusion of a circular house. In the interior, however, there is no arch or curve in the structure. rectangular, spruce in the interior, larch in the exterior, we left the visually recognized skeleton without any surface treatment. The larch profiles on the facade and the planks in the atrium and terraces also remained in their raw form.
