V posledních 15 letech byla budova nevyužívána a před zahájením rekonstrukce v roce 2018 ve velmi špatném stavebně technickém stavu.
Na základě stavebně historického průzkumu jsme před zahájením prací na architektonickém návrhu vyhodnotili všechny hodnotné a zachované části objektu jak v exteriéru, tak i v interiéru.
Současně s tím jsme dohledali fotografie všech původních částí a prvků, které se odstranily, případně byly zničené.
Jednalo se zejména o původní teracové podlahy, štukové dekorace, zábradlí, vnější a vnitřní výplně otvorů a další.
Návrh na dispoziční řešení ve všech úrovních respektuje původní členění traktů, schodiště i nosných zdí.
V rámci jednopodlažní dostavby dvorního traktu byl vytvořen prostor kavárny s denním osvětlením, a dále prostor původního krovu je využitý pro pět mezonetových apartmánů a jeden nárožní s původní dřevěnou konstrukcí věže.
Vnější vzhled objektu byl navržen do původní podoby, všechny prvky a materiály byly navrženy k rekonstrukci, případně k výrobě replik včetně vnějších výplní otvorů.

In the last 15 years, the building was not used and before the start of reconstruction in 2018 in a very poor construction and technical condition.
On the basis of a building historical survey, before starting work on the architectural design, we evaluated all valuable and preserved parts of the building, both exterior and interior.
At the same time, we found photos of all the original parts and elements that were removed or destroyed.
These were mainly the original terrazzo floors, stucco decorations, railings, external and internal fillings of openings and more.
The design of the layout solution at all levels respects the original division of tracts, stairs and load-bearing walls.
As part of the one-storey extension of the courtyard, a café space with daylight was created, and the space of the original truss is used for five duplex apartments and one corner apartment with the original wooden structure of the tower.
The external appearance of the building was designed to its original form, all elements and materials were designed for reconstruction, or for the production of replicas, including external fillings of openings.
